The Stress Management Program is designed to teach participants practical and applied coping and calming techniques to ease stress. Clients leave with "hands-on tools" to use at home.

In groups, we encourage interaction in the workshops so the number of participants is kept small.
The content delivered will be focused on the needs of the clients.
The origin of the Stress Management Workshops are calming and coping techniques I created for myself in managing my own stress.
